Holidaymaker, 59, 'had sex with boy, 14, on hotel balcony in Ibiza and told him: "Your mum thinks you're a boy but I know you're a man"'

A 59-year-old woman had sex with a 14-year-old schoolboy on an Ibiza balcony - and told him: "I know you're a man," a court has heard.
Gail Dickinson, who was allegedly seen getting intimate with the teen by his own gran, also commented on his "lovely package", the hearing was told.
She has gone on trial in Scotland accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with the boy, as well as other intimate acts, the Daily Record reports.
She denies the allegations against her.
Dunfermline Sheriff Court in Fife heard the teenager - who cannot be named for legal reasons - had gone to Ibiza with his grandmother, mum and sibling.
They had been staying in a holiday flat in San Antonio.
Yesterday, his gran told the court she saw him and Dickinson having sex on the balcony of a flat on the Spanish island in the middle of the night.
She also claimed she later saw the defendant performing oral sex on the boy, adding that the woman was "making demands".
The teenager was following “like a robot”, she added.
Meanwhile, in his evidence, the boy said Dickinson, of Glenrothes, told him: “Your mum thinks you’re a boy but I know you’re a man.”
The defendant denies that she engaged in sexual activity with the teenager by kissing him on the lips, touching him on the body, performing oral sex on him and engaging in sexual intercourse last June.
During the trial, the schoolboy’s gran claimed she heard Dickinson saying to him: “You’ve got a lovely package there.”
She told the court: “I thought she was talking about his private parts and that it was very, very inappropriate.”
She added she had initially split up Dickinson and the boy when she found them together, with her grandson partially naked and “clearly aroused”.
But later on, she heard whispering from a balcony. She looked and saw the pair engaged in sexual intercourse, the court heard.
The gran told the trial she then saw Dickinson perform oral sex on the boy, saying:“I could tell from his face he was enjoying it.”
She added: “It was a horrible situation. I couldn’t believe it.”
The court heard the gran did not intervene because her other family members were sleeping and “I didn’t want a rumpus to start”.
She said she later confronted Dickinson.
She claimed the defendant initially told her she must have been dreaming - but then said: “I’m terrible, you must hate me."
The next day, the gran told her daughter.
Police were contacted when the family returned home to Fife.
Earlier, the boy told the court via a video link that he had been out for some drinks and his mum had bought him two bottles of beer.
But he claimed that she was unaware that Dickinson was giving him more alcohol when she was away from the table.
The boy admitted he was “pretty drunk” and that Dickinson started "coming on to me", adding: "She was touching my shoulders and legs.”
He said he went to bed, but later went back to Dickinson, who allegedly took his hand and led him out on to the balcony.
Asked how he had felt following the alleged sexual encounter, the teenager said: “I was stunned it happened.
"When I woke up in the morning I felt pretty rubbish. I regretted it.
“It wouldn’t have happened if I was sober.”
The trial continues.
