'We have a predator living in the White House': Kamala Harris slams Trump and says she's ready to prosecute him during fiery Iowa campaign speech

Presidential hopeful Kamala Harris slammed Donald Trump as a 'predator' and said she's ready to prosecute him in a heated campaign speech delivered in Iowa this week.
The California Democratic senator unleashed her wrath on the president at the West Des Moines Democrats' annual picnic in Iowa on Wednesday.
'I know predators, and we have a predator living in the White House. And let me tell you, there’s a little secret about predators. Donald Trump has predatory nature and predatory instincts,' she said as the crowd broke out into applause.
'I'm prepared to prosecute the case. And I’m going to tell you in terms of my background,' Harris said before listing off groups she prosecuted in her over two-decade law enforcement career in California.
Her 'predator' statements followed her criticism of Trump's trade and health policies and his handling of migrant crisis at the southern border.

'I took on successfully, and I prosecuted the big banks, when they preyed on homeowners. I've prosecuted the pharmaceutical companies when they preyed on seniors. I have prosecuted transactional criminal organizations when they preyed on women and children,' she said.
In her Wednesday speech she said she's spent some time thinking about Trump and his time in office and concluded he was a predator.
'I've been thinking about it...You look about the instincts and the nature in how he has conducted himself. that is my conclusion,' she said.
'So when we look at this campaign, and we look at that task before us, it will be to successfully prosecute the case against four more years, against Donald Trump, and I am prepared to do that,' she added.
Though she didn't explicitly state what grounds she'd prosecute him on, she was likely referencing the slew of sexual misconduct claims that have come out against Trump. Following his election over a dozen women came forward to accuse him of misconduct or sexual assault.
Just last month advice columnist E. Jean Carroll accused Trump of assaulting her in a changing room at a Bergdorf Goodman department store in the 1990s.
Trump has denied all of those claims.
Harris' popularity has been surging in the polls following her performance last week in the Democratic debates where she eviscerated Joe Biden over his civil rights record and opposition to busing.
Her performance even caught Trump's eye who said that she 'received too much credit' for her attack on Biden and that 'it wasn't that outstanding'.
'I think probably he was hit harder than he should have been hit,' Trump added, speaking at a news conference in Osaka, Japan where he was attending the G-20 summit.
