Is this proof Kamala Harris is Joe Biden's pick? Democrat candidate's speech notes remind him he holds 'no grudges' against the 'talented' California senator as Politico publishes 'technical error' declaring she is his choice

Joe Biden may be eyeing Sen. Kamala Harris as his pick for Vice President as he was photographed during a Tuesday event holding talking notes about the California lawmaker.
The former Vice President revealed he’ll announce his pick for running mate in the presidential election in the first week of August and remained tight lipped on who he might choose.
But he was seen holding a note pad that included Harris' name and under it notes that he does 'not hold grudges', likely in reference to their heated clash in a primary debate earlier this year.
Under her name he also wrote that Harris 'campaigned with me & Jill', is 'talented', 'has great respect for her' and has been a 'great help to [the] campaign.'
The note is consistent with comments Biden has made in the past about Harris.

The lawyer is viewed as a top contender for the role, which Biden has promised will be filled by a woman.
In his speech note under the heading 'VP' Biden wrote 'highly qualified' and 'diverse group', showing he didn’t plan to drop any details on his choice for the position.
On Tuesday evening Politco mistakenly published an article declaring Kamala Harris as Biden's pick for vice president in a 'technical error', sparking speculation that he may have revealed his choice.
'Joe Biden chose Kamala Harris to become his running mate for the 2020 election on Aug. 1, two weeks before the Democratic National Convention, after keeping his choice close to the chest for month,' the post said.
The outlet later walked back on the post and said it was not accurate.
'Due to a technical error, an earlier version of this story mistakenly identified one of the women as Biden's VP pick. We regret the error,' the media outlet said.

It is typical for news organizations to prepare prewrites of expected stories to break news quickly, but a quote in the second paragraph of the story attributed to Biden raised suspicion on social media that it could’ve actually came from Biden under embargo for later publication.
The quote said: 'In his announcement, Biden called Harris "a worthy opponent and a worthy running mate."'
A Politico spokesperson said the quote was mistakenly published and was not provided by the Biden campaign, as per the Washington Examiner.

Biden is also known to be considering other female politicians including Sens. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Tammy Duckworth of Illinois, former national security adviser Susan Rice, and Rep. Val Demings of Florida for Vice President.

She famously said: 'There was a little girl in California who was a part of the second class to integrate her public schools, and she was bused to school every day. And that little girl was me.'
At the time Biden said her comments were a 'mischaracterization of my position.'
However, their relationship has become amicable as the race for the president seat dragged on and she bowed out of the race. She was also known to be close to Biden’s late son Beau, when they were both state attorneys general.
She’s also voiced her support for Biden.
Harris appeared with him in online fundraisers for his campaign and last week headlined her own event for Biden focused on the Raleigh area of North Carolina, a battleground state where Harris’ appeal to black voters and college-educated white women could boost Democratic support.
